Paul is a corporate, real estate, and transactional attorney with Kimball Anderson. He practices law across a number of industries, assisting businesses new and old with corporate matters spanning many areas of law.

Focused practice

Paul’s practice focuses on matters related to business structuring and planning, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, real estate investment and development, lending/financing, contracts, and a variety of other transactional matters across a range of industries.

Legal career

Paul began his legal career with a large international law firm working on real estate and energy-related transactions, including major, industry-shaping mergers/acquisitions, and also has experience as an executive and general counsel in the private industry.

Before law school.

Before law school, Paul was a senior auditor in Southern California with a Big 4 accounting firm and earned a CPA license, though he is no longer practicing, or licensed, as a CPA.
