Our employment litigation team focuses on trials and arbitration that pertain to employment law issues. We have experience in proceedings dealing with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Utah Anti-discrimination and Labor Division, Department of Labor, and Department of Workforce Services proceedings. Mergers and acquisitions are other areas covered by our team in some employment litigation cases.
Often employment litigation has to do with the resolution of employee claims having to do with a multitude of issues that include whistle-blowing, confidential information, and non-competition covenants. Our team manages litigation resulting from employee issues such as bonus disputes, disability accommodations, and benefits. As a firm, we represent both sides of employment issues.
